Delete your Tinkr AI account

Applies to the Tinkr AI app (com.tinkrai.app) and your Tinkr AI account.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is immediate and needs nobody's help:

Open Tinkr AI and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account and all data.
Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@digitalsummitlabs.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days; in practice it is done within one business day. You do not need to reinstall anything.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials.
Your name, email address and profile.
Every repair case, diagnosis and step history.
Every photo, video and audio recording you uploaded.
Your saved savings totals and repair history.
Any support reports you filed from inside the app.

This is permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account.

What is kept, and why

If you ever paid for anything, we keep the record of that transaction — the date, the product and the amount. It is the financial record behind a charge, and we may need it for a refund, a chargeback, or tax and accounting obligations. It does not contain your repairs, your media, your name or your email address. Nothing else about you is retained.
